Abstract
Shame on Maryland!! Why do we continue to impose a statute of limitations on child
sexual abuse? ! There is no doubt in anyone's mind that child sexual abuse and molestation is abhorrent
and an embarrassment to our society. It must be questioned then, why is it so hard to change state laws when it
comes to holding perpetrators accountable?
