Understanding enrollment management has become more popular in institutions of higher education over the past few decades. Many studies conducted approach enrollment management from a broad overview and typically focus' on undergraduate education. Findings from this study have introduced the need for a more structure-oriented grasp of enrollment management at the graduate level. The intent of this qualitative study was to look at enrollment management at the graduate level from the graduate enrollment manager's perspective. Sixteen participants that work in graduate education were selected for this study. The instrument for this study included a semi-structured, tape-recorded, set of open-ended interview questions.
