The purpose of this study was to help first graders improve their speed and accuracy with addition math facts to 20 through the use of a variety of intervention strategies. The study was conducted with 21 first grade students with a range in their ability to solve addition math facts quickly and accurately. The measurement tool used to assess mathematics fluency was a teacher created math fact test. The null hypothesis that students who practice addition facts at home/school and participate in the online Fastt Math program will not significantly improve their performance in accuracy and speed was not supported. All groups improved their performance and there was no significant difference in performance between the groups.en_US
