The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of an off-season strength and conditioning program on the athletic performance of Division III female collegiate soccer players. This study utilized a quasi-experimental design using pre/post-testing of five different fitness tests. The null hypothesis that there would be no increase in athletic performance with the use of an off-season strength and conditioning program in female collegiate soccer players was rejected in 5 of the 6 dependent variables. There were no significant findings in the sixth variable. Research and participation in off-season strength and conditioning programs should be further assessed using a larger sample.en_US
