Whether a person has been the victim of a burglary or a robbery, the rights of that victim have been violated in much the same manner as a victim of an assault. Although the victim may have suffered any injury during the course of the burglary or robbery, there are certain rights in which all victims are entitled - namely justice and restitution.en_US
