Children who are not co-located with system developers because of geographic location or time zone difference have ideas that are just as important and valid as children who are easily “available”. This problem is the motivation for my thesis work. I propose to design, develop, and research a computer-mediated, geographically distributed, asynchronous tool to facilitate intergenerational participatory design.en_US
