While there are many different types of treatment for anxiety, not all of them are effective. As a society we have come to rely more on technology and our smartphones. Combining the issues of health and technology is a new way to attempt to help alleviate stressors that could potentially cause anxiety. This paper shows the result of a participatory design research project aimed at creating a solution for anxiety.
