It is a reflection of what it means to be liberated from an abusive parent and what it means to build autonomy from that liberation. The work incorporates and explores particular concepts of the western philosophical tradition, looking at questions of relationship, forgiveness, alienation, punishment, and power. The catalyst for this work is a self-reflection: to explore how to act in such a way that is in direct negation of my father’s actions towards me.196 pagesen-USThis work is restricted for 10 years from the date listed above.
