Sources pertaining to the Baltimore Plot and the Pratt Street Riot include the personal manuscript of Samuel Morse Felton, the president of the Philadelphia, Wilmington, Baltimore Railroad, as well as a first-hand account from Baltimore’s mayor during this time period.
