Semi-structured interviews and a review of relevant documents were used to produce both brief partner profiles and more in-depth narratives on partner contributions to the Maryland Million Hearts program. Although all partners are part of the same effort, there was, nevertheless, considerable variation in the implementation of strategies, partner groups, resources, and design of each key partner’s efforts.
