    Abstract
Abstract This paper explores what special user research and design considerations are needed to build a website that enhances the health information seeking experience for transgender people. Incorporating themes of trust, credibility, and community identified through interviews and published research from the fields of Information Science, Health Communications, and Interaction Design, this paper serves as an overview of the data discovery, analysis, and design recommendation process of a community-based organization website.
