dc.description.abstractThis report presents an analysis of computing among local governmental agencies in southeastern Nebraska. The data were collected via telephone interviews with 219 agencies during December, 1983. The study was conducted for the City of Lincoln Data Processing Department to assist in determining whether a market potential among local governments exists for its services.en_US
