Abstract

The aim for the current project is to synthesize reverse flex-Cytosine nucleosides and their prodrugs, as well as to apply modifications at the C5’ position of the pyrimidine base in order to explore new potential antiviral activity against coronaviruses and other viruses being targeted by our research group.
