I made watercolor pigments out of Bay water and exhibited postcard paintings made from them at the Transmodern Festival, and I invited visitors to make a painting. I also made pigment as a performance and sold printed postcards for .25. Thanks to Laure Drougal for inviting artists to make art about water and displaying/performing them along Baltimore's inner harbor, and to Catherine Pancake for putting on this fantastic festival for 8 years!
