dc.description.sponsorship1) The CMS-sponsored National Balancing Indicator Project. To date, 18 qualitative and quantitative indicators along 8 domains have been developed to measure states’ progress in rebalancing and developing a person-driven LTSS system. 2) AARP, with support from the SCAN Foundation and the Commonwealth Fund, is developing an LTSS performance scorecard for states with a number of indicators across five domains aimed at measuring a high-performing LTSS systemen_US
