dc.description.abstractMary Brigid Roman, Associate Professor of Harp at The Florida State University College of Music, heads one of oldest harp departments in the country. After receiving B.M. and M.M. degrees from the Eastman School of Music, she joined the faculty in 1968. As she enters her fiftieth year of teaching at Florida State University, she reflects on her long and varied career in the following interview.en_US
