| dc.description.abstract | With use of a model set of initial data, the scattering data for stimulated Raman scattering are obtained. For a small Stokes envelope, the scattering data consist only of solitons, each of which is roughly stationary, but with a uniformly growing amplitude. When the Stokes envelope dominates, the scattering data consist of only a continuous spectrum. | |
