| dc.description.abstract | We stabilized the repetition rate of an optical frequency comb with a fiber-optic interferometer and used the stabilized comb to generate a low-phase-noise 10-GHz signal. We demonstrated that shot noise limited the previously reported phase noise of the device. We mitigated this noise to generate a 10-GHz signal with phase noise of-130 dBc/Hz at an offset of 1 kHz. | |
