dc.description.abstractAn integrated indium phosphide transmitter is demonstrated for pulse position modulation (PPM) free space optical communication. The transmitter demonstrates an 8-nm wavelength tuning range and a 28-dB extinction ratio for 16-ary PPM.en_US
