dc.description.abstractThe Hilltop Institute constructed a rebalancing model for the state of Rhode Island as part of the state’s efforts to create a more accessible system of long-term services and supports (LTSS) under their federal Real Choice Systems Transformation grant. This presentation provides an overview of the rebalancing model, which projects utilization and expenditures for Medicaid LTSS through 2030.en_US
