dc.description.abstractWith the recent release of the National Security Agency's Ghidra, the work performed in this theses portrays our efforts to evaluate Ghidra's decompiling capability. We intend to explore the idea of utilizing the Lempel-Ziv Jaccard Distance (LZJD) to evaluate how close the resulting decompilation done by Ghidra is to the original source code. We also intend to experiment with different types of similarity algorithms to discover the feasibility of using LZJD to measure Ghidra's decompilation capabilities.
