Abstract

Dear Editor,We read with great interest the recent systematic review and meta-analysis by Lee et al on the diagnostic accuracy of PET for detecting histological transformation (HT) in indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma, particularly since we had published an overlapping review, focusing specifically on follicular lymphoma (FL). With this letter, we aim to (1) bridge the small gap between the 2 reviews by identifying common findings and the sources of divergence, and (2) pose some open questions that arose during our own review, in the hope that Lee et al might offer insights to help clarify them.
