Abstract

Globalization is the term used to describe the free and fast movement of people, ideas, capital, and resources between countries. This process increased after World War II. It has shaped much of how we experience the modern world. From the food that we eat to the news stories we see every day, almost every aspect of life is affected by the increased connectivity.
