The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation of a computer-based math intervention program and its impact on mathematics achievement. The subjects who participated in this study were a group of low-to-average performing students from an elementary school in Baltimore County who participated in the computer-based program to improve basic fact retention as well as overall mathematics performance. It was hypothesized that struggling math students participating in a computer-based intervention in addition to regular instruction would outperform similar students who receive regular instruction only. This hypothesis was not supported.en_US
