Abstract
The first four issues of ILE 2025 and the tenth issue of 2024 contain twenty-eight original research papers that address Generative AI. Fifteen of those twenty-eight original research papers rely on surveys. This collection identifies those 15 papers. The most frequent modelling approach among the 15 survey papers uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and 4 of the 15 papers rely on it. (Wang et al., 2025) apply TAM to questionnaire responses of teachers about GenAI. (Shen et al., 2025), (Chang et al., 2025), and (Arthur et al., 2025) apply TAM to surveys of students about GenAI.
