Abstract

Anxiety is an issue that the majority of people have struggled with in their lives. While there are many different types of treatment for anxiety, not all of them are effective. As a society we have come to rely more on technology and our smartphones. Combining the issues of health and technology is a new way to attempt to help alleviate stressors that could potentially cause anxiety. This paper shows the result of a participatory design research project aimed at creating a solution for anxiety. The finished product being a working prototype of a game based off the research.
