dc.description.abstractAccording to Feynman, quantum mechanics teaches us that interference occurs when the relevant amplitudes become indistinguishable. In the case of first-order and second-order in terference (order by "intensity"), the relevant amplitudes are one-photon and two-photon amplitudes, respectively.
