dc.description.abstractEngineers Without Borders (EWB) is an international organization that designs and implements sustainable projects in communities around the world. The University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) chapter of EWB was established in 2009 to bring students together to apply their theoretical knowledge to solve real-world problems. This study shares the motivations of the EWB-UMBC chapter and aims to bring clean water to Isongo, Kenya.
