Abstract
Protest for New Library Funding:
Students and administration at Morgan State University organized a significant protest against the House Appropriations Committee’s recommendation to deny $3.1 million needed to complete the planning of a new library. President Earl Richardson canceled classes and arranged transportation for approximately 500 students to travel to Annapolis, MD.
