dc.description.abstract	Website accessibility issues can arise during website development or when entering on-page content. This paper examined the development of an accessibility training module focused on on-page content. The training focused on creating accessible links, headings, lists, alt text, videos, captions, transcripts, and accessibility best practices. A formative evaluation was used to improve the training content. To assess the efficacy of the training, participants completed a pre-test, participated in the training module, and then took a post-test. The post-test scores were significantly higher than the pre-test scores. The higher post-test scores revealed that the training was effective.
