dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this vignette is to walk users through the basic functionality of the package TITAN2 for analysis of taxon-specific contributions to community change along an environmental gradient. The Everglades data for this vignette was described in Baker and King (2010) first published by King and Richardson (2003).
