Abstract

The major goal of this thesis project was to determine the role of in vitro combination efficacy to help prioritize compounds for clinical trials. So many compounds are available and currently in development that some method is needed to establish priority for compound use. The results of this study indicate that a potentially useful tool for prioritizing compounds for clinical trials has been developed using an in vitro combination assay technique.
