Abstract

This study will investigate the question of "What Factors should a community college consider in determining the need for off-campus credit courses?" To keep the scope of the study within workable bounds, it will be limited to consideration of two institutions--Frederick Community College (FCC) and Montgomery College Germantown Campus (MCGC).
