| dc.description.abstract | In the past thirty years many sychologists have focused their attention on creative behavior. Recent research in the field has concentrated on the concept of creativity as apart from, although somewhat dependent upon, intelligence and on the process of creative production. Research to determine the factors responsible for the development of creativity has included the study of the personality characteristics of highly creative individuals and the family attitude patterns of these individuals. This study compares the personality dimensions and parental attitudes of two groups of eight grade students, the high creative and the low creative. | |
