Abstract
This paper is an overview of Kean College, its Career
Services center and my role in the center. Next, I will
describe the services provided and my interactions with both
students and alumni. Sample counseling activities involving
individual career counseling will be reviewed. In the
interest of protecting student confidentiality, names and
details have been changed to assure that actual clients will
not be recognizable.
