Abstract
Doctoral Program in Public Health:
Morgan State University is set to become the first historically black college or university (HBCU) in the U.S. to offer a doctoral degree in Public Health, focusing on the production of practitioners to address urban health issues such as drug abuse, violence, HIV-AIDS, and sexually transmitted diseases.
