Abstract

A study of exploration and its effect on an audience. This study analyzes four twentieth century case studies in light of their effect on an audience. The study reviews each case study based on five factors of resonance. The more factors of resonance which an exploration meets, the greater it will resonate with and captivate an audience. The four case studies analyzed are the race to the South Pole, the summitting of Mount Everest, the exploration of the Mariana Trench, and the Moon Landing.
