Topics covered include why create a plan, forming a planning committee or task force, defining diversity, developing ideas for how to support diversity and inclusion, gathering feedback (meetings, surveys, focus groups), writing a plan, and issues to consider. The presentation originally was given at the Towson Conference for Academic Libraries in 2017.
