The intent of this proposal is to utilize the rate-limiting catabolism of tryptophan to determine its level of involvement in protein expression as it relates to anti-tumor responses through genetic expression studies and cytokine recruitment assays. Exploring specific cytokine involvement as it relates to lymphomas will contribute a better underlying understanding of the enzyme indoleamine 2, 3-dioxygenase 2 (IDO2) and its involvement in disease development.
